Here at the White Horse we pride ourselves in creating everything on the premises using, as much as possible, locally sourced ingredients.
We grow some of the vegetables and herbs ourselves in our own greenhouses. Happy chickens from the same farm provide the free range eggs we have on the menu. For the produce we can’t grow ourselves, we have brought on board a carefully selected handful of local producers, in order to ensure that we make the most of the Vale of Clwyd’s fantastic resources.
Our cask ales change on a regular basis and we work closely with local breweries to offer a varied selection of beers. We are also a bit obsessed with wine. We are always sniffing, swirling and tasting. We have put together a wine list that is not only exceptional value for money but also offers a great example of different grape varieties from around the world.
Please note, our menu is adapted regularly to make best of seasonal produce, so please treat this menu as a sample of the dishes you will enjoy when dinning with us.
